Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Sizing information is provided for all products. Women’s items are designed to have a fitted style, while men’s items are intentionally oversized. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these sizing standards.

FindU4U is not responsible for sizing issues once an order has been placed.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or misdelivery caused by the carrier. No refunds or replacements will be issued while a UPS claim is pending. Any resolution is subject to the outcome of the carrier’s investigation.
